After many weeks of having painful sciatica, I'm back to normal! Simon has been absolutely brilliant looking after me, cooking, shopping, house-work, walking the dogs, all this and working full-time! The boys have been an excellent help too, helping with the shopping, walking the dogs, clearing up after tea, etc, but now I am feeling normal again and am walking the dogs every morning before work, and I'm walking to work again every day which is great!

At work my boss (the dentist) gave me a check up on Friday and said I have three old amalgam silver fillings that need replacing, and he's going to replace the old fillings with composite white fillings. Then yesterday morning I broke one of my teeth and it has quite a chunk missing, so that now means I need that tooth sorting as well as the three old fillings!
